Counselling/Therapy session: One-hour session is $150.00 plus GST = $157.50
Counselling/Therapy extended sessions: 90-minute session is $195.00 + GST = $204.75
Couples/Family sessions: 60-minute session is $170.00 + GST = $178.50
Couples/Family extended sessions: 90-minute session is $230.00 + GST = $241.50
Neurofeedback: One-hour session is $120.00 plus GST = $126.00 (includes a clinical assessment and technical set-up).
Consultation and Supervision for Counsellors: One-hour session is $150.00 plus GST = $157.50
Workshops, workplace training, public engagements: starting at $195.00 per hour + GST = $204.75
My fees are consistent with the rates recommended by the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
BC Medical does not currently cover Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), but your employer’s extended health benefits may cover all or a portion of the fee. Some people may also have partial coverage through:
-Autism Funding
-Crime Victim's Services (CVAP)
-First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
-ICBC
-WorkSafeBC
-other related programs.
Please pay by cash or major credit card. E-transfers can be arranged prior to each session if preferred. I will issue you a receipt right away, and hopefully, some or the entire fee can be claimed back through your extended insurance or on your income taxes at the end of the year.
A sliding scale may be negotiated in certain situations.
Workshops are also available for workplaces. Fees are based on focus, length, and number of participants. Please contact me to discuss.
Paperwork can be completed at the first meeting, or you may download, print, and complete in advance.
